BUYER BEWARE!

Buying a sofa from ABC Carpet & Home was one of the the worst experiences of any purchase I've made. This company left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. I ordered a sectional the first week of October 2020 during a Columbus Day sale. The in person staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and I was told to expect the sofa within 10-12 weeks because of production delays. I did not receive any communication from the company for weeks, but reached out since I never received the fabric swatch. At the end of December, I was planning to receive the sofa and contacted the company to get an ETA. I was told there was a delay and it was expected in February. This was date was again pushed to the end of March.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY SOFA UNTIL ALMOST 6 MONTHS AFTER THE PURCHASE.

While I am sympathetic to the issues that have arisen because of the pandemic, I am frustrated by the failure on the part of ABC to communicate effectively. They take weeks to respond to emails and don't answer the phone. They also have a no-return policy that leaves customers stuck.

They have so many amazing products at this place and I have been a loyal customer for quite some time now, never dissatisfied with their services and products. I think my favorite products from them would be the meditation pillows. The Luminous Round Velvet, Luminous Meditation Mat and Silk Large Meditation Cushion are few of my most favorite items that I have bought from them

Purchased an extremely pretty artwork from ABC Home for less than 500 bucks. The size was 16*12 which was not that small and it was on a wooden canvas. The Slope Slide was a painting of a beautiful landscape and I absolutely love it. It goes perfectly with my living room decor and made my living room so much better

My mother-in-law loves vintage furniture and vintage decor so I wanted to get her something for her anniversary that was vintage. My friend recommended ABC home and I checked them out. I got a beautiful vintage rug and a beautiful vintage vase that looked extremely unique. Absolutely delighted with my purchase!

For anyone looking for home decor and wants a touch of elegance with it, I wouldn recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat. They have some of the most amazing products ever from carpets to vases to bedding and even unique furniture that will surely make you happy. I have never been disappointed with any purchase I have made from here
